Fuel Injector Flow Testing & Ultrasonic Cleaning Service

All new injectors we sell are dynamically flow tested on our state of the art flow bench so that your set of injectors is matched within 1% across the entire set. 

We also offer our testing & cleaning service for your existing set of injectors with a fast turn around service, which you can order below. If received first thing in the morning we can perform the test and ship the same day ready for you to receive the following day (provided an overnight service is available to your address). Please note that we service top feed injectors only (not side feed).

Fuel contamination with dirt and debris is the number one failure cause for injectors which can lead to catastrophic engine damage or at best tuning problems.

We provide a fully detailed test report to assist with diagnosis. If required we can then either clean the injectors and provide replacement o-rings and filter baskets, or supply new replacement injectors if recovery is not possible.

We recommend this service as part of your yearly preseason preparation. We also recommend checking your fuel filters are clean and the correct type.
