Role Snapshot:

As our Inwards Goods & Stock Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin for our seamless handling of incoming goods, picking orders and you'll also take charge of various stock-related activities. Operating within our clean organised workspace, you'll play a key role in maintaining our stock. Precision, collaboration, and a dash of motorsport enthusiasm will fuel your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoughtfully label, accurately sort, and store incoming goods in designated shelving.
  • Stock picking, using your keen eye for detail to fulfil orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure real-time updates to stock records when picking orders for precise inventory control.
  • Create stock kits by thoughtfully bundling components for streamlined access and distribution.
  • Keep a watchful eye on stock levels, playing an active role in ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Foster seamless communication with team mates, addressing queries or issues related to incoming goods or stock.
  • Channel your enthusiasm for motorsport towards roles like flow testing injectors and contributing to our innovative projects.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in roles such as receiving, warehousing, inventory management, or similar is advantageous.
  • Keen attention to detail, backed by a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with inventory management software (experience with Moneyworks is a plus).
  • A genuine interest in maintaining a clean and secure workspace.
  • Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and to handle the occasional moderately heavy object.
  • Applicants for this position must have a Drivers Licence and New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, skill enhancement, and career prospects will be available to the right candidate.
  • Clean and organised work environment. Due to the nature of our stock, which is predominantly small components, no forklifts are required. The product storage area forms part of our electronics workshop so the area is well lit, clean and well organised.
  • Get involved in the motorsport industry.
  • Your contributions make a tangible impact on our Kiwi-owned business.
  • Free carparking. Easy access to Auckland’s motorway network.
  • No weekend work.
