  • please add the serial number(s) to the shipping comments when you are ordering upgrade codes
  • double check your the serial number of your device.  No refunds can be given if the incorrect serial number is provided
  • codes take up to one working day to receive from MoTeC.
  • if other products are ordered beside the upgrade code, then the relevant shipping will be charged for the other products ordered
